Greetings,
I have several Smart-UPS 1500 XLM that are used to power my network equipment in the different buildings at my company. They work well.
I have these network and SNMP enabled and monitored by Solarwinds.
I need to reset one to it's factory settings as it appears the network settings have gone whack. The network card appears to be constantly rebooting.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Are you able to access the Network Management Card's interface momentarily at all? Also, I need to know the model of the pre-installed UPS Network Management Card - it is either AP9619 or AP9631. Depending on the model, you would follow a different set of instructions.

No the OP, but I have similar issue. APC 1500 XLM with AP9619 card. Purchased a "940 0024C" USB to DB9 from Amazon. Tried both 9600 and 2400 baud settings. but I'm not getting any I/O from the terminal, regardless of how many times I press ENTER or follow the reset pin procedure.
