How to recover username and password?

I forgot my Username and Password of PowerChute Business Edition, how to reset or recover it?

Does anyone know?

Powerchute Business Edition requires the user to input a Username and Password during Agent installation that is needed for all three portions of the software. If you cannot remember the Username and Password, the only way to re-establish that is to uninstall and reinstall the software. The one recommendation I can make is to export the logs from the Agent folder before uninstallation and then copy them back in after installation and that SHOULD have the previous information in there.
