How to find mgmt card model of insalled card ?

Hi, I don't have much experience with APC products or UPS in general but I'm looking for an easy way to remotely figure out which management card is installed in a Galaxy 5000 60 KVA.

I have access to Struxtureware Data center Expert but I still can't figure which model it is.

Looking to download the corresponding PowerNet Mib file once I have the model number.

any help would be appreciated!

Hi,

It will depend on the card and firmware. Log in to the card and go to About - Network. You will see the model and firmware info.

I don't see "About - Network" anywhere, but I found "About- UPS"  with this info :

About your UPS / STS

I believe you have a pre-APC card, the MGE SNMP Web Card - 66074 (KD revision)
