It depends on the model of the Network Management Card (NMC) and the firmware
If the NMC is AP9617, AP9618, or AP9619 and running firmware 5.1.7 you will find the setting under Administration - network - Web
If the NMC is model AP9630 or AP9631 and running firmware version 6.x go to Configration - Network - Web - Access
