We have started to receive more and more alerts about low input voltage alarms. I spoke with one of our electricians and he suggested changing the parameters which are currently set at 118.9-122.5v to 114-126v. Can this been accomplished through ISX or would I have to serial into each device?

Could you be more specific? Is this ISX Manager or ISX Central or Struxureware Central/Data Center Expert?
Depending what you have, it should be possible and we can look into it further but worst case, you can at least do a mass configuration of this setting outside of "ISX."
