How do I do hibernate instead of shutdown

I am on Windows 10 pro and have SMC1500i.

In the path "C:\Program Files (x86)\APC\PowerChute Business Edition\agent\bin" I renamed the hibernate.exe into shutdown.exe

But still when something goes wrong the UPS shutdowns and does not hibernate.

What can I do to do hibernate instead of shutdown?

Is it that maybe the webagent or other software takes the action and not the agent?

Hi,

Hibernation is not support with the latest versions of PowerChute Business Edition that are compatible with your Smart-UPS. If you install PCBE 9.0.1 the option to hibernate is available however from your earlier posts I see that you required SMTP port configuration and that feature is not available in version 9.0.1.
