I'm not sure what is going on, but seems that the company should fix a problem that seems to have been going on since 2008. Could someone please email me the secret instructions on how to get this of my machine?

After receiving notice of an upgrade today, I tried installing/uninstalling PCPE with no luck. I am using Windows 7 64-bit. No matter what I try I cannot get the older version to leave. I spent an hour on the phone with customer support and all they did was manage to help me remove all the PCP folders and the rest of the packages which might uninstall it. Now I cannot get Program Features to uninstall the listed program. I need step by step instructions to completely remove version 3.0.1 on my Windows 7, 64 bit machine. Please help.
Frustrated.
