Unable to access Outlet configuration within PowerChute Software
I hope someone can help with this problem.
I am unable access the outlet configuration sub sections within the Powerchute Business Edition Console version 9.01
I click on Outlet Setup, Outlet Sequence, Outlet control and Load Shedding. Each section shows "navigation to this webpage was cancelled" and if I refresh it says "This program cannot display the webpage".
Furthermore, when I click "here" within the Power Returns section I get the same message.
The operating system of the server is Window Server 2008 R2 Standard SP1
The default web browser is I.E 8

hello,
we believe it is a security issue with IE. Can you try a different browser? or access it remotely from a different computer if you cant install a browser on this machine? you can go to https://:6547 to do that.
