How To Reset alarm " end of life batteries" on MGE Galaxy300

I have MGE Galaxy300 and i just replace the batteries but the alarm can't be fixed " end of life" . I think can be fixed by software. how to i get the software, and please tell me the solution.

This will requires an SR intervention to reset the LCM alarm using Tuner software, it is not dedicated for usage only for our internal SRs and authorized service partners ,so we recommends to contact your local CCC team and they will assist for onsite visit for removing this alarm through our services team
