Help me get the proper software for Smart-UPS 1500VA USB & Serial 230V

Hi.

I am using a desktop which i built recently, which has and SSD and 3 hard disks at varying terrabyte sizes, a GTX 580 3 GB memory and a PSU of 850watts, with Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit.

The new APC Smart-UPS 1500VA USB & Serial 230V is not communicating with my computer, using APC PowerChute BUsiness Edition Deluxe version 9.0, Build 613

This software came on the CD together with the hardware, and it has 3 installers, one for Agent, one for Server and one for Console. The two latter demand configuring an SMTP Server IP, so i put in what i was told is a default IP, 127.0.0.1, which fails communication. So, i tried my computers default network IP which also failed.

At APC Israel tech support it was suggested to me to get alternative software because i am running a single machine while the software i have installed is complicating things with the SMTP.
