Hello, Bill
My question refers to create .bat file is for Windows server shutdown, as they ask questions before starting a shutdown.
I will mark the option to shutdown, to make sure it shutdown without telling comments.
Thank you

Hi,
You can configure PCNS to shutdown the OS after the UPS has been on battery for x amount of time, when runtime remaining falls below x time or any of the other events that have the shutdown option. Each event is described in the User's Guide starting on page 31. Sample shutdown scenarios are listed starting on page 23 of the User's Guide.
When the Shutdown Action is enabled for an event, PowerChute treats the event as critical and will trigger a shutdown sequence. Shutdown is not supported for all events: this is indicated by the presence or absence of an icon on the event row. The Delay field is the amount of time in seconds that PowerChute should wait before initiating the shutdown sequence. By default, the On Battery event has a delay of 120 seconds, whereas the default for all other events is 0 seconds. By default, PowerChute will only trigger a shutdown sequence if a low battery condition occurs or the UPS is commanded to turn off. Shutdown cannot be disabled for these events using the PowerChute user interface.
If no events are selected PCNS will start a shutdown when the NMC reports UPS is at low battery. You have low battery configured for 5 minutes so when the UPS has only 5 minutes of battery life left PCNS will start a shutdown.
You sent a screenshot showing shutdown.bat file. What is that for? PCNS will start the OS shutdown so you do not need to write a script to trigger the shutdown if that is what the .bat is for.
