InfraStruxure PDU 150kVA 480V/208V APC
according to the technical specifications this configurable power distribution have the capacity to support 150 kva max but in the web card console appears that the configurable power distribution have the capacity 40 kw max. when it should be real 80 kw according to the user manual
in the web page of APC I downloaded the firmware for OG-PD150G6F and then I update
but according to capacity monitoring console is still 40 kw when it should be 80 kw is still the problem.
someone could help me with this problem?
maybe the firmware is not the correct ?
I investigate in the user manual if you could change the capacity through the display but can not be.
thanks

A message from our 3 phase support team:
All of the Configurable PDUs have a brain "module." The brain has the same hardware and firmware for all models but with different configuration settings. Unfortunately the only way to reconfigure it is with a field service engineer (FSE) visit.
