Having difficulty finding the SNS Tool for my AP9641 running on a Symmetra PX - 3 phase

Hi,

We've purchased the license for the extended firmware 3.x.x.x but for the life of me, I cannot find the SNS Tool that will work to get the license activated on this device.  The tool for our Smart-UPSs works fine but I cannot find the SNS tool specifically for our 3 phase...and the 1 phase SNS Tool for PX does not work.  When I try activating on that device it just resets the NMC.  I can find the .pdf that explains that the SNS Tool is required on this device but it does not show up in the software download area, only includes the other SNS Tools for the other types of UPSs.  Can someone provie a link to the SNS Tool that supports my Symmetra 40K PX 3 phase?

I created a ticket with APC.  There is no SNS Tool for the Symmetra PX 40K and these must be registered manually through support.  The NMC3 firmware (v3.x.x) that has been successfully updated using the SU SNS Tool does not exist for the PX and as it stands, the same AP9641 firmware in the PX (v2.5.x.x) has not been updated since 10/2023.
