So we are having power fluctuation problems here at our facility. We have a Smart-UPS VT 30 kVA with a spare battery cabinet attached. The unit has been switching back and forth to battery a couple of times a week cause the power company in this area is not that great.
My problem is that I have provided a copy of the event log to the power company stating that the thing has been switching to battery off and on all the time. Now they want me to provide the threshold information for the UPS which determines whether or not it will switch to batter or not.
If i look in help on the WEB interface there is a place that says High Transfer Voltage / Low Transfer Voltage. However I cannot find the info within the web gui to save my life. I can fine the output voltage and the output frequency range but that's it.
Anyone have any idea where to get the info i'm looking for? I'm logged in as administrator on the box through the web gui.
thanks in advance...

hi
i believe because of this UPS's topology, Double Conversion Online, it does not have transfer voltages that you can adjust through the web interface (or any other way) because of the topology's ability to accept a wide range of power. So that is why you dont see it in the web interface, nor any UPS with the same topology.
assuming the UPS you have is 208v three phase, per the website, it should accept 165-240v before going to battery.
hope this helps! let us know if you need anything else.
