on my new computer. The error message states: The installer is unable to locate a support APC battery backup connected to your compouter. Please check your usb connectins and try again. I did an online search with no luck.
How do you connect the PAC battery backup (NS 1250) to the modem (ADSL2+ Modem) and the computer (HP Pavilion slimline S5747) I looked at the manual but it really doesn't show the setup.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks.
Charli

Hi Charli,
At the back of your UPS, there should be a slot where it says Data Port and it looks like an RJ45 port. This is the port where you are going to attach the RJ45 to USB cable that should've come with your UPS. The USB end would then be attached to an unused USB slot on your computer.
