Is there software w/APC or a 3rd party to be able to centrally manage about 150 APC's. I am looking to be able to monitor status, monitor battery, edit config, push firmware, etc to multiple devices. These would be on different networks inside the firewall and most of them are SUA1500 rack mounts or the newer SMX1500rm.
I am a newb here and look forward to the forums. I have searched but only found software for shutdowns of data center type set-ups.

Hi ksu_admin, the best way to monitor those types of units would be to install network management cards into each of these smartups units. This would allow you to monitor each of these units over a network. Now as far as a centralized way to accomplish this there is a devices called ISX central that has the ability to pool all of these management cards in a central location which would allow you to easily monitor all of the cards at a central point. Hope this helps.
