Hello,
Does anybody has experience with this alarm message from a Galaxy VS UPS? Does this requires a replacement of the power module?
Regards

Hello,
The GVS power module 1 may experience a hardware malfunction and it might required to be replaced, you might need to extract the the logs from the display and you can contact your local CCC team and they will check the extracted logs file to confirm the hardware issue appeared in the power module and if the unit is under warranty or contract a new PM replacement would be initiated or onsite intervention may be occurred ,you can check the PM LEDs if it blinks red or green this is a visual indication that the power module had a malfunction
Regards,
Karim
