Galaxy PW 1000 Error
Hi
Two Galaxy PW 1000 were installed in our plant. During starting Variable speed drive (VSD), Harmonic on Input bus is sensible, and one of them shows the load is not protected, and other one remains healthy. This fault appears these days (after 5 years of installation). Do you have any recommendation, to check?

I did try to track down someone who can support this UPS and that is what they suggested to me for the future and for this question/concern specifically, told me the following:
The first step would be for the customer to call the local after sales service and explain their issue and may be for us to send an FSE on site
At the local office, they have someone who is well versed with this UPS and supporting it.
