I am facing issue in Galaxy 300 parallel installation. Unit model G3HT20KHB2 Qty 2 units. All config are same i.e. Operation mode, output output voltage,frequency,auto start, bypass transfer etc. More over set the unit 1 and 2. But when I try to turn ON by closing M1, after initialization both UPS are showing ''parallel init error'' in UPS fault menu. I have also check parallel communication card LED green and CAN cables on DSPM and external parallel cable are properly connected. Please suggest.
