Galaxy 300 NMC firmware upgrade

Hi,

I have upgraded the firmware of a AP9630CH NMC on a Galaxy 300 UPS with the sumx firmware update. Only after installing and not getting communication to the UPS from the card, I have searched and found that the Galaxy 300 NMC requires special firmware. The UPS is a post 2012 model with the card being supplied with the UPS. The reason for the upgrade is to enable the modbus functionality to pull information into SCADA. What options do I have to either rollback the upgrade or get the correct firmware.

I want to download it, but it need a user and password to download it. My user/passowrd from these forum do not work

Try username of jupiter and password of Pl@n3t#5 to access.
