Firmware for Smart-UPS SRT 3000

I upgraded firmware on a Smart-UPS SRT 3000(SRT3000RMXLA). It was at 6.6 with an ID of 1010.

It upgraded to 8.3 and changed the ID to ID1025.

I have some other SRT3000RMXLAs which are at firmware 7.9 with ID 1025. But the latest firmware for that ID is 7.9 and you can't use the 8.3 firmware because of the wrong ID.

So now I have one SRT3000RMXLA with firmware of 8.3 and three other SRT3000RMXLAs with firmware of 7.9, all with ID of 1025.

Is there some logic behind this or am I just waiting for 8.3 to come out for ID1025?

Hi Greg

I will send you the ID1025 v8.3 firmware file and release notes, so all your SRT3000 can be on the same firmware.

I got the firmware and now everything is at 8.3

1. Access the APC website support area and download the lastest version of firmware to your Network Management Interface. Dollar General Customer Satisfaction Survey
2. Extract and start the firmware upgrade utility.
3. Enter the IP address of your UPS, enter the APC username and it's password.
