Firmware Update of NMC2 (AP9631) - Error No UPS found

Hi all,

I've a problem with the update of the NMC2-Firmware. 

I downloaded the file apc_Hw05_aos712_sy3p712_bootmin109 and used this one for the firmware upgrade.

Attached are two screenshots of the message during the upgrade and also the state of the NMC2 after the update.

After the upgrade and reboot of the NMC2, I got the message "No UPS found". Also a reboot of the UPS itself didn't change anything.

Some details of the UPS:

UPS-Hardware: SRT3000XLI (Smart-UPS SRT 3000)

UPS-Firmware:

 - Revision: UPS 05.2

 - ID: 1010

Any ideas?

Hi Michael,

You downloaded and installed the wrong firmware. Please download only the firmware that relates to the Smart-UPS called SUMX.

Once installed you should be good to go! 👍
