Firmware Update SMT750RMI2UC failed

Hi,

trying  to update the firmware of my new model SMT750RMI2UC. First i tested powernet431.mib which failed twice, then i tested powernet404.mib - also failure.

Isn´t this the correct firmware file for my model? - i found those file through filtering the available firmwares by selecting this model.

I am connected to the APC through Web (additional Network card is attached to APC) - same LAN (no VLANs), 100 MBit for APC, 1Gbit for my Notebook.

Log says:

12/19/2019	00:15:54	Device	UPS: Firmware transfer to UPS failed
12/19/2019	00:15:54	Device	UPS: Finished UPS firmware transfer [Timeout]

Hi,

The powernet mib is not firmware. The mib is a file used with SNMP. Are you attempting to upgrade the firmware for the UPS or for the network management card. 

If you want to update the firmware on the network card the latest firmware will be found here. https://www.apc.com/shop/us/en/products//P-SFSUMX680

Before upgrading the UPS firmware be sure to read the instructional PDF.  Note: when the UPS firmware is updated the output power will be cut so all attached equipment should be powered of prior to the upgrade.
