Hi there,

I have a few of these 5KVA units - this is a SURTD5000XLI model - that for the most part are great.

Can someone indicate what the fault code means please?

When connecting the unit to the mains, it comes to life but displays the fault light immediately. While still on mains, holding the off button briefly turns the unit off for maybe 3-500ms but it turns itself back on again and displays the fault code again. After switching off the mains power the fan keeps running. Holding the off button finally turns it off.

I have a few spare parts so I hope I can get this unit going again. I'm just not sure where the problem is. I'm assuming its something with the AC input or charging circutry.
