Last night our generator kicked in for a few minutes. At the same time the UPS cut power to our equipment. Normally the UPS works fine when the generator is on so I'm not sure what happened this time.
Looking at the units display, I found this event in advanced mode: Fault Event 1: Output low voltage
Is that event the reason the UPS stopped supplying power to our equipment?
Unfortunately, I wasn't the one who turned the unit off then on to get it working so I don't know what the status of the LEDs were. The user does think it had a solid beeping noise though.
Any ideas? We need to prevent this in the future. Thanks

Bump, I need to figure this out quickly. I'll probably call and open a ticket to see if support has any idea. I have another unit in a different building with older firmware. That building does not have a generator and the ups has been flawless. I wonder if the generator had something to do with it however, most generator issues seem to be getting the unit to stay online while on generator power and we don't have that issue. Although, I did have to change the setting to reduced sensitivity.
