Regarding many of the issues/bugs highlighted here -> Network Management Card 2 Firmware v6.X.X FAQ/Upgrade Issues | FAQs | US

v6.2.0 AOS/sumx or sy downloads are now available @ http://www.apc.com/tools/download/index.cfm by selecting Filter by Software/Firmware and selecting Firmware Upgrades - UPS Network Management Cards. Optional language packs are available via selecting Firmware Upgrades - UPS Network Management Cards - Language Packs, if needed.

Other key highlights include support for SRT Next Generation Smart-UPS Online units as well as enhancements to the way the Network Management Card upgrades UPS devices (if supported).
