FTP issue

Hi, I need to download the following document from ten FTP server but I can't because the username and the password are rejected (I  enter the email and the password of my private Area).

Could you help me?

The document that I need is

ftp://ftp.apc.com/restricted/software/ups-link/100/UPS-Link_Protocol_Specification.pdf
