External Battery breaker of Galaxy 3000 Trips occasionally when switching to battery mode
We have a Galaxy 3000 with two external battery cabinets. Occationaly, while transfering to battery power due to power outage, the battery breaker trips. This results in a total shutdown of the ups. On subsequent power up, there is no entry in event log of what caused the problem.

I consulted with a 3 phase support technician. This sounds like dead batteries - we'd recommend you get the batteries in the cabinet tested and then possibly look into replacing based on the test results.
