Execute Command File After Host Shutdown

Greetings,

My environment:
- PCNS 4.2 for Virtualization running on dedicated WS2008R2 machine.
- 2 VMware ESXi hosts.
- 1 EqualLogic PS6100 storage array.
- vCenter Server running on a VM with HA enabled (no DRS).

Problem:
How to configure PCNS to shutdown the VMware hosts _before_ shutting down the EqualLogic SA.

The documentation states that the VMware hosts are shutdown after the command file duration elapses.  Under "Shutdown Settings" -> "Run Command" is the option "Execute Command File After Host Shutdown".  The documentation states: "Enable this option to execute the command file following Host Shutdown".  

What is "Host" in this context, the VMware hosts or the PCNS host?  

More specifically, will enabling this option cause the command file to be run after the VMware hosts are shut down?

The ESXi host.
