Hi 

We are having issue to register our network management card to our Linux server. It's giving me the error message. Please help.

Make sure the username and password you assign to the PowerChute Network Shutdown app is identical to the following three items on the management card:

1. Username
2. Password
3. Authentication Phrase

Phil,

For PowerChute Network Shutdown to communicate with the Network Management Card the user name and authentication phrase must match. The password is unique to PCNS and does not need to match the NMC.
