Error registering with the Network Management Card(s).

Hi 

We are having issue to register our network management card to our Linux server. It's giving me the error message. Please help.

Security information for http://192.168.1.19:80 is incorrect. Please check that the PowerChute User Name and Authentication Phrase match the Network Management Card.

what I am trying to achieve is to turn off the server when there is a power outage.

Make sure the username and password you assign to the PowerChute Network Shutdown app is identical to the following three items on the management card:

1. Username
2. Password
3. Authentication Phrase

Phil,

For PowerChute Network Shutdown to communicate with the Network Management Card the user name and authentication phrase must match. The password is unique to PCNS and does not need to match the NMC.
