Error connecting to UPS after update AP9631 NMC 2 to 6.3.3

After updating AP9631 from 5.1.3 to 6.3.3 show error «Lost Communication to the UPS». My UPS is Symmetra LX SYAF16KRMI.

Reboot NMC has no results.

Hi Roman. I'm not sure what could have gone wrong when you flashed to 6.3.3. The latest version of the NMC firmware is 6.4.0. It may be worth a try to update to that firmware version.

You likely flashed the Symmetra 3 phase UPS firmware on your UPS which is a single phase (1 phase) Symmetra since 6.3.3 is available for the larger Symmetras and you should be using v6.4.0.

You need to download and re-apply SFSY640 part number from http://www.apc.com/tools/download/index.cfm by selecting Firmware Upgrades - UPS Network Management Card (which maybe is what you had done already) but just make sure to get the correct SFSY640 download this time which is described as "UPS NMC v6.4.0 for Symmetra 1-P with AP9630/31***Critical: Review kbase FA280684 prior to upgrade***"
