Error 1-1-5 for Galaxy 4000. 40kVA

We have a 40kVA ups, the device is off when I on Q4S key this error appear:

UPS init error
 Internal comm error

  CC Board fault
  CH Board valid

ERROR: 1-1-5

Please help me!
What can I do?

Hi,

The 1-1-5 Fault is Internal communication failure.  It is a problem with the communication between the core boards. Could be as simple as a loose wire, to a defective board. You should contact local technical support for assistance.
