I Have A Smart Ups 3000 SU3000NET And I Was Wondering If It's Possible To Hook Up A Epo Switch To The Ups In Case Of An Emergency

There's no built-in EPO connector on the SU3000NET like ones you'd find on newer models - for example, the SUA3000XL. If you compare pictures, you can see the blue EPO connector on the rear of the newer unit.
