Hello Experts,
I am having a using with the email functionality of my APC Symmetra LX 1600RM not emailing the listed Email Recipients. Everything seems to be setup correctly and when I attempt to send an email to Recipient 1 (which is me) it says that the email was sent successfully but I never receive the email. I have checked everything I can think of…and help would be appreciated!

Have you checked out the Knowledge Base article 8376? It has a lot of useful information.
If the Network Management Card (NMC) is showing the email sent then it should be able to connect to the email server. I would check the server and see if its blocking any of the emails.
What firmware is on the NMC?
