Hi all, I have a SRT6KRMXLI on top of a SRT192RMBP and replaced the batteries last month.
The display is orange instead of blue and showing warnings that the batteries are EOL, so I'm guessing it's not detected the new batteries.
I tried manually amending the dates on the UPS display to show I’ve installed the batteries, but curiously, the dates revert back to 2018. This means a reminder alarm will sound in 14 days at the time of writing prompting us to replace the batteries, despite already replacing them.
Really strange that the dates I input don’t save, and just revert.
Has anyone come across this before, and does anyone know the solution?
