Dual cables DATA/USB ?

Hello,

I use a Back-Ups RS 500 which is fed on two servers (Windows Server 2003 & an ubuntu server). I installed the PowerChute software on the Windows server. How to communicate to any server linux power outage so that it stops itself? Are there any dual cables DATA / USB ?
