This being a Symmetra RM, it sounds like the powerview has lost comm with the intelligence modules or there is an SYCC card issue....
I'd first try unplugging the powerview display to see if it comes back after doing a reset - pull the uppermost plastic cover (that has the powerview built into it off the front of the UPS (it will be attached by the powerview's cord) , momentarily unplug the powerview's comm cable from the Main Intelligence module, leaving it unplugged for at least 10 seconds, then plug it back in again. Its hot swappable so there should be no risk of ups crash.
If that doesn't work you could try pulling the SYCC symetra communications card from the rear of the UPS chassis , wait 10 to 15 seconds then plug the card back in. I believe this card controls communications for the whole UPS frame...Again, its hot swappable.

None of the LED's are lit on the front of the unit and someone has turned on the maintenance bypass switch
