Hi, our Sl20KHB1 APC ups is displaying "Dc capacitor charge error" is there anything we can quickly do to make it work?

Hi every one , I am also facing the same problem to our ups am note sure which card I need to replace , and what "TSM" stand for so I can figure it by connections , so if any one have some information I am waiting for your support

Is this a Silcon UPS? That model number does not come up, even if I try SL20KH1, SI20KH1, etc. Was that the model and serial # right off the white sticker/frame sticker of the unit? Is this a 20kva UPS or not?

I've spoken to our three-phase support guys and your best bet is to hit the * key and get a list of all active alarms on the system and call in for support. This error tends to end up requiring some form of service (either actual physical cap or a communication issue). You can call our three-phase support line at 1-800-800-4272; you will be prompted for three-phase technical support. It would be best for you to have the active alarms ready, serial #, model #, and any relevant information on the unit's history.

The kind of service you are looking for requires a trained Service Provider or APC FSE. If you have not called in for service yet, we recommend you do so.
