One of my tech's recently accidentally plugged the ethernet cable meant for the management card interface into the second environmental sensor port. Since we moved it, the port keeps alerting us that it lost communication. I cannot seem to get this alarm to stop and reset that port.
Any help would be appreciated.
Management card Model : AP9631

It is not super intuitive but any lost communication errors will simply require a reboot of the AP9631 management interface.
If on v5.1.X firmware in the web UI, go to Administration->General->Reset/Reboot->Reboot management interface.
If on v6.0.X firmware in the web UI, go to Control->Network and you'll see the same option to reboot the management inteface.
This does not affect the load on the UPS and only reboots the management card itself.
