Dear All
I'm facing a Critical Event (distorted waveform. 0x020F) in Smart-UPS SRT 8000 (SRT8KRMXLI). When the the Power supply is from specific MotoGenerator. The UPS is going to swich off the Outlet Group and all devices connected are facing unexpected shutdown.
Attached you can find logs and the configuration .

Sorry about the late response, but can you get me the complete logs, you can get this from the web interface - ABOUT > SUPPORT > GENERATE LOGS, once you have the logs, I'd like to take a look at the config.ini.

Checking on your configuration, your unit is setup to output 230V, and input the voltage you're getting is about 220Vs. the load you have attached on the UPS are they set for what voltage? The input and output voltage should be about the same so that if the UPS goes on bypass, the load attached to it won't get damage.

All devices connected to both UPS can work with 220-240 V. Could you advice with your recommendation in order to solve this issue

Hey Hector,
Under configuration > Power Settings > Rated Output Voltage
if you have an option for 220v, select that, now before you change the output voltage the UPS should be on stand by.
