Since first setting up a new UPS with an AP9641 NMC two days ago, I've been constantly receiving these alerts, sometimes multiple an hour, sometimes there's a few hours of gap between them.
I tried updating the firmware from 1.1.0.16>1.3.0.6 hoping it would help but to no avail. I've also tried disabling Telnet and SSH/SCP access to see if that would at least turn off the alerts but it also hasn't helped. Edit: I've also checked the physical serial port and nothing has been plugged into it.
Any thoughts or recommendations would be much appreciated.
