Hello there.
Hay anyone experienced a constant alarm, No LEDs other than normal solid green "Online" is lit...any ideas?

Good day Jens,
Hope is well on your end. To help you diagnose the problem further, we would like to gather additional information from your end. Would it be possible to know the model and serial number of the UPS? When did the problem started? Aside from the constant tone, are the outlets on your UPS still providing output power? Do you have any software installed on your computer that is monitoring the UPS? Do you have any APC smart slot accessory such as Network Management Card that is installed on your UPS?
If you don't have any APC software, would it be possible for you to install one? This would help us know what message/event does the UPS detects.

Thanks for installing it. It would be helpful if you could include the model and serial number of the UPS, it would help us further diagnose the problem and know where is it coming from. Also can you tell us the behavior of the LEDs? Was it a flashing or solid Online LED?
