Configure APC Power Chute in Linux ES3

Dear all,
Does anyone have any idea, how to install and run PowerChute in Linux E3 machine? I try many time but it's doesn't work.
I would like appreciate so much if some could give me some instruction.

Are you getting any errors, or what's going on exactly?

Also what version of powerchute are you installing and what version of java do you have?
