APC 3000XL - all lights flashing

I have a 3000XL and the other day it just stopped working. Now, when I turn it on, all the lights flash. I tried Reset buttons, tried holding down the I/test button, nothing seems to faze it. Any guesses?

If all 16 are flashing, that's an internal circuitry failure.

Unfortunately there's no way to recover from that.
