Conected to the AP9630 card but no UPS/APC visible

Hello everyone,

after upgrading the AP9630 firmware my UPS/APC smart 3000VA is not visible anymore,

i can reach the card but the card don't see the APC anymore.

it was the case before the update.

Am i missing something?

Hi,

Could you do a screenshot of the About->Network web page please? That will show us what firmware you have loaded. If you accidentally loaded the incorrect firmware application (such as for a different model of UPS), you could see this problem If that is the case, you can just reload the correct one which I can guide you to. If the firmware is correct, there are a few other steps we can try but incorrect firmware is the cause majority of the time.
