We are getting the follow alert: Server can no longer communicate with APC UPS
When we sign into Power Chute review the log and it's just a 10 second blip (we are seeing several of these - not sure if it's network latency - but we really don't care about a 10 second blip).
I assume my Alert "Server can no longer communicate with APC UPS" is the same as "Communication Lost" ???
Question - Is it possible to set the threshold to only alert if "Server can no longer communicate with APC UPS" condition is greater than 5 minutes?
If so, how is this done? and are these two alerts (listed above) one in the same?
Thanks for any feedback!

hi
what version of PCBE is this? are you using the agent, server, and console or just the agent? are these are email alerts you are referring to? do you have a log we can review to see why this is happening? if so, what UPS model is this and is connected via USB or serial connection to the server.
