Hello,
On the UPS fault/transfer logs, I don't see a way to clear them. It appears that is by design as to not allow users erase helpful diagnostic information potentially needed by our engineering team (as per someone I asked). On the AP9630, the event and data logs can be cleared Under Logs->Event or Logs->Data respectively but that won't affect the Logs->UPS that show what comes from the UPS itself and shows on the front LCD of the UPS.
