Circuit breaker test button makes shutdown sai
I have a SAI Smart-UPS RT 8000 RM XL (three phases)
At our CPD the power line line for the SAI pass through a circuit breaker diferential thermal, and ends in the SAI inputs.
When we tried to test the SAI function, if we press the circuit breaker test button, the SAI goes OFF, no power backup from batteries to servers, no alerts, no events, simply it shudown.
If we lost power from the outside, the SAI do its job, but we are not sure what will happend it for any case, the circuitbreaker "jumps" and cut the powerline (like if we were pressed the test button).
We think it must be a SAI firmware problem but we upgraded it and we have the same result.
