Change device password & recovery admin password

Hi all,

We have a sw rack pdu AP7920B but we can't login w/ administrator user and we can just use 'device' user and I'd like to know how we can change device user password and if there's another way to recover administrator password than factory reset instead

Hi @htn 

Resetting the Administrator password would depend on the firmware that is loaded on the PDU.  You may go to About > Network to know what it is.
