Capacitor issue

For the last few months we are facing an issue that our capacitor  blown away very regularly, Some time its terminal got hot and some time it blown away. i want to ask why its terminal get hot and blown away?what are the possible causes of it and how to rectify it?

I would recommend you get in touch with your local APC technical support centre and request for a field service engineer to have the issue inspected.  When logging the call, please ensure you provide the model number and the serial number of the unit.
